FAQ

What’s the difference between the styles?

Workshop: poplar plywood seat and backrest, pine legs, visible black screws. Barn: solid pine with walnut stain and hidden screws. Industrial: black steel tube with a solid pine seat and backrest. Forge: forged-look steel, a seat of 4 brushed, waxed pine planks and a pine backrest.

Is it suitable for a bar or restaurant?

We designed it for the home, for everyday use in the dining room or kitchen. If you need chairs for your venue, message us and we’ll talk it through.

Can you ship it?

Yes. It ships assembled, so the cost depends on the box size: we quote it before you confirm. In Barcelona province we can deliver it ourselves.

How does payment work?

Buy it right here: add it to the cart and pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on Stripe’s secure page; we message you within 24 hours to confirm the date it leaves our workshop. If you prefer to order by WhatsApp or email, we confirm size, price and date, and you pay through a secure Revolut payment link. If it isn’t ready on time, we refund you on request. Business, custom or 600 €+ orders: 50% on confirmation and the rest before shipping.

How long does it take?

Every piece is made to order in our Barcelona workshop: 7–12 working days plus shipping (usually 3–6 days within the EU).

Can I return it?

Catalogue pieces with nothing personalised can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Pieces with your name, logo or text engraved, or made to your measurements, are made just for you and have no 14-day withdrawal right. If it arrives damaged or faulty, we repair or replace it (3-year guarantee). See Terms of sale.

Do you ship abroad?

Yes, across Spain and Europe. Shipping is charged separately depending on the box size. Large pieces that travel assembled (dining tables, bar counter, shelving unit, desk) are delivered in Barcelona province only, or quoted separately.
