Pick the product, style, size and name to engrave and send it with the order form (it opens WhatsApp with your order written) or by email. We confirm size, price, shipping and lead time before you pay anything.

Once we confirm your order, you pay by card through a secure Revolut payment link (no Revolut account needed; your bank’s buyer protection applies). If we miss the confirmed date, you can cancel for a full refund. Business, custom or 300 €+ orders: 50% deposit and the rest before shipping.

Yes. Tell us what you need and we’ll send you a sketch and a quote. We also make pieces for bars, cafés and shops.

Made to order: 7–12 working days after you confirm, plus shipping (usually 3–6 days within the EU).

We ship across Spain and Europe. Shipping is quoted before you confirm, depending on box size and weight.

Most pieces ship flat with fittings, Allen key and instructions: 5–15 minutes to assemble, no glue needed.

Poplar plywood (Workshop style), solid pine (Barn and Industrial) and pine planks (Forge). Steel is 25×25 tube, welded and painted with anti-rust enamel.

Water-based polyurethane varnish, hard and odourless once cured; rounded edges and non-slip feet. Bowls are stainless steel or stoneware, food-safe and dishwasher safe.

Wood: damp cloth and mild soap, then dry. Bowls: dishwasher. Avoid bleach and scouring pads on the varnish.

Your pet’s name (included on pet pieces), a second name or short phrase, an icon or your business logo, laser-engraved so it won’t wear off.

Personalised pieces are made just for you, so the 14-day withdrawal right doesn’t apply. If it arrives damaged or faulty, we repair or replace it.

With the top at 15°, food gathers at the front of the bowl where it’s easier to reach. It’s about comfort, not a treatment. Water doesn’t need it, so the water station is flat. See cat bowl stand
