FAQ

How much weight does it hold?

About 30 kg spread along the rail, not all at one end. Light things only on the top shelf. If children might hang from it, fix one upright to the wall with a bracket.

How does it arrive?

Flat-pack, in a 166 × 64 cm box. The sides come ready-made: you bolt on the low shelf and the rail (and the top shelf, if you have it) with the fixings and Allen key in the box, then adjust the feet.

Can you ship it?

Yes, flat-packed in a 166 cm long box. Because of its size, we quote shipping before you confirm. In Barcelona province we can deliver it ourselves.

How does payment work?

Send your order by WhatsApp or email. We confirm size, price, shipping and the date it leaves our workshop, and you pay through a secure Revolut payment link (card, Apple Pay or Google Pay). If it isn’t ready on time, we refund you on request. Business, custom or 600 €+ orders: 50% on confirmation and the rest before shipping.

How long does it take?

Every piece is made to order in our Barcelona workshop: 7–12 working days plus shipping (usually 3–6 days within the EU).

Can I return it?

Catalogue pieces with nothing personalised can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Pieces with your name, logo or text engraved, or made to your measurements, are made just for you and have no 14-day withdrawal right. If it arrives damaged or faulty, we repair or replace it (3-year guarantee). See Terms of sale.

Do you ship abroad?

Yes, across Spain and Europe. Shipping is charged separately depending on the box size. Large pieces that travel assembled (dining tables, bar counter, shelving unit, desk) are delivered in Barcelona province only, or quoted separately.
