Once we confirm your order, we send you a Revolut payment link. You pay by card on Revolut’s secure page, a bank licensed in the EU: no account needed, we never see your card details, and you get a receipt straight away.

Why this way? Every piece is made to order: we confirm size, timing and shipping first, and only then do you pay, with your bank’s card protection.

FAQ

Is the basin included?

Optional: we can buy it, test-fit it and deliver it with the vanity.

Can I have my own engraving?

Yes: send us your drawing, a name or a phrase and we’ll show you a preview first. Catalogue designs are included; custom ones cost a little extra.

How does payment work?

Send your order by WhatsApp or email. We confirm size, price and the date it leaves our workshop, and you pay by card through a secure Revolut payment link. If it isn’t ready on time, we refund you on request. Business, custom or 300 €+ orders: 50% on confirmation and the rest before shipping.

How long does it take?

Every piece is made to order in our Barcelona workshop: 7–12 working days plus shipping (usually 3–6 days within the EU).

Can I return it?

Catalogue pieces with nothing personalised can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Pieces with your name, logo or text engraved, or made to your measurements, are made just for you and have no 14-day withdrawal right. If it arrives damaged or faulty, we repair or replace it (3-year guarantee). See Terms of sale.

Do you ship abroad?

Yes, across Spain and Europe. Shipping is charged separately depending on the box size.
