Which photo should I send?

Your sharpest one, well lit, with the main subject large. If it won’t engrave well, we’ll tell you first.

How does payment work?

Buy it right here: add it to the cart and pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on Stripe’s secure page; we message you within 24 hours to confirm the date it leaves our workshop. If you prefer to order by WhatsApp or email, we confirm size, price and date, and you pay through a secure Revolut payment link. If it isn’t ready on time, we refund you on request. Business, custom or 600 €+ orders: 50% on confirmation and the rest before shipping.

How long does it take?

Every piece is made to order in our Barcelona workshop: 7–12 working days plus shipping (usually 3–6 days within the EU).

Can I return it?

Catalogue pieces with nothing personalised can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Pieces with your name, logo or text engraved, or made to your measurements, are made just for you and have no 14-day withdrawal right. If it arrives damaged or faulty, we repair or replace it (3-year guarantee). See Terms of sale.

Do you ship abroad?

Yes, across Spain and Europe. Shipping is charged separately depending on the box size.
