Orders: we confirm the final price, shipping and dispatch date in writing; the contract is made when you pay. Prices include VAT; shipping is extra and quoted first. Card (Revolut secure link) or Bizum.

Lead time: made to order in 7–12 working days; if we miss the confirmed date you may cancel for a full refund.

14-day withdrawal: consumers may withdraw within 14 calendar days of receipt, without giving reasons, by telling us in writing (hola@yaocreations.com). We refund everything paid, including standard shipping, within 14 days, and may wait until we get the item back. Return costs are yours. No withdrawal for personalised items (engraved names, texts, logos or your own designs, or custom sizes), for business buyers, or for PDF plans once sent at your request.

Guarantee: 3-year legal guarantee against manufacturing defects. Wood is natural: grain and colour vary from piece to piece.
