Orders, payment and shipping

1. Message us

   Pick style, size and the name to engrave and send it by WhatsApp or email.

2. We confirm

   We confirm size, price, shipping and the date it leaves our workshop.

3. Pay and we make it

   Pay by card and we make it in 7–12 working days. If it’s late, we refund you.

4. You receive it

   We send you photos before shipping it.

Lead time

Made to order: 7–12 working days after you confirm, plus shipping. If we miss the confirmed date, you can cancel for a full refund. Business, custom and 300 €+ orders: 50% deposit.

Shipping

We ship across Spain and Europe; shipping is quoted before you confirm.

Returns and guarantee

Non-personalised catalogue pieces: 14-day returns. Personalised pieces (your name, logo, text, design or measurements): no withdrawal right. Everything has a 3-year guarantee. See the terms of sale.
