FAQ

How high is it?

75 cm, the standard height for an office chair. About 65 cm of legroom under the apron.

Can it take a big screen or a monitor arm?

Yes. The 28 mm pine top takes a clamp-on monitor arm; on the 18 mm plywood top, add a flat steel plate underneath.

How does payment work?

Send your order by WhatsApp or email. We confirm size, price and the date it leaves our workshop, and you pay by card through a secure Revolut payment link. If it isn’t ready on time, we refund you on request. Business, custom or 300 €+ orders: 50% on confirmation and the rest before shipping.

How long does it take?

Every piece is made to order in our Barcelona workshop: 7–12 working days plus shipping (usually 3–6 days within the EU).

Can I return it?

Catalogue pieces with nothing personalised can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Pieces with your name, logo or text engraved, or made to your measurements, are made just for you and have no 14-day withdrawal right. If it arrives damaged or faulty, we repair or replace it (3-year guarantee). See Terms of sale.

Do you ship abroad?

Yes, across Spain and Europe. Shipping is charged separately depending on the box size.
