FAQ

What’s the difference between the styles?

Workshop: poplar plywood top with visible layered edges and pine legs. Barn: all solid pine with walnut stain and hidden screws. Industrial: solid pine top on black steel tube. Forge: brushed, waxed pine planks with 3 mm gaps on forged-look steel. For a perfectly flat top, choose Workshop, Barn or Industrial.

Can you ship it?

Assembled, it doesn’t fit standard shipping: we deliver it in Barcelona province or you collect it from the workshop. Elsewhere, message us for a quote.

How do I look after it?

Damp cloth and mild soap; wipe spills straight away. Indoor use only, away from rain and direct sun. In Forge, re-wax once or twice a year.

How does payment work?

Send your order by WhatsApp or email. We confirm size, price, shipping and the date it leaves our workshop, and you pay through a secure Revolut payment link (card, Apple Pay or Google Pay). If it isn’t ready on time, we refund you on request. Business, custom or 600 €+ orders: 50% on confirmation and the rest before shipping.

How long does it take?

Every piece is made to order in our Barcelona workshop: 7–12 working days plus shipping (usually 3–6 days within the EU).

Can I return it?

Catalogue pieces with nothing personalised can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Pieces with your name, logo or text engraved, or made to your measurements, are made just for you and have no 14-day withdrawal right. If it arrives damaged or faulty, we repair or replace it (3-year guarantee). See Terms of sale.

Do you ship abroad?

Yes, across Spain and Europe. Shipping is charged separately depending on the box size. Large pieces that travel assembled (dining tables, bar counter, shelving unit, desk) are delivered in Barcelona province only, or quoted separately.
