FAQ

Which stools go with it?

Stools with a 75 cm seat, like our bar stool: that leaves 30 cm to the top.

Is it stable?

Yes, and levelling feet stop it wobbling. Like any tall table, it can tip if someone hangs from it or climbs it: with small children, fix it to the wall or floor with a bracket.

Can you ship it?

Because of its height, we deliver it assembled in Barcelona province or you collect it from the workshop. Elsewhere, message us for a quote.

How does payment work?

Send your order by WhatsApp or email. We confirm size, price, shipping and the date it leaves our workshop, and you pay through a secure Revolut payment link (card, Apple Pay or Google Pay). If it isn’t ready on time, we refund you on request. Business, custom or 600 €+ orders: 50% on confirmation and the rest before shipping.

How long does it take?

Every piece is made to order in our Barcelona workshop: 7–12 working days plus shipping (usually 3–6 days within the EU).

Can I return it?

Catalogue pieces with nothing personalised can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Pieces with your name, logo or text engraved, or made to your measurements, are made just for you and have no 14-day withdrawal right. If it arrives damaged or faulty, we repair or replace it (3-year guarantee). See Terms of sale.

Do you ship abroad?

Yes, across Spain and Europe. Shipping is charged separately depending on the box size. Large pieces that travel assembled (dining tables, bar counter, shelving unit, desk) are delivered in Barcelona province only, or quoted separately.
